Own an online brand.
Without running one.
We build a brand that sells its own products online, then we run it for you. We find the product, design the brand, build the shop, buy the advertising and get the orders shipped. You own the company and you keep the profit. We do the work.

What running one actually means
Sixteen decisions somebody has to make every week. Miss one and it costs money.
Who makes them?
Click to switch
Every week, for as long as you own it
Accredited on the three platforms your brand will run on.
Starting a shop is easy. Keeping it profitable is the job.
Anyone can have a website taking orders in a month. Whether it is still making money next summer comes down to a few hundred small decisions made in between. Nobody sells you that part, and it is the only part that decides how it ends.
Do it yourself
Everything you need to know is free online. What it will not tell you is which decision to make on a Tuesday when your refunds jump. You learn that with your own money.
Paid for in ad spend and evenings
Pay an agency to build it
You get a shop, a supplier contact and a handover call. Then the invoice arrives and they move on. From that morning you are running a business you have never run.
Ends the moment it gets hard
Bring in people who have done it
Operators who have already built brands, already made the expensive mistakes, and already know which suppliers answer the phone. They build it, then they stay and run it.
The reason Vantage exists
What we have built, bought and run.
Twenty brands in eight markets, none of them run by the people who own them.

Anyone can hand you a shop. Very few will stay and run it.
A shop going live is not a business. The business is everything after: someone buying advertising before breakfast, reordering before the stock runs out, and knowing why last month's profit moved before you have to ask.
We could charge three times as much to build it and be gone by the launch. Plenty do. We charge less at the front and take a fifth of the profit instead, because a share of profit is worth nothing unless the brand is making some. It is the cleanest way we know to make sure the people running your brand want the same month you do.
What sits with us, every day
- The product. Finding it, sampling it, agreeing terms, checking quality
- The advertising. Buying and testing it on Meta and Google
- The pictures and video. Made and replaced as they wear out
- The shop. Layout, pricing, and turning visitors into orders
- The stock. What to reorder, when, and getting it shipped
- The numbers. One report a month, in plain English, with the workings
Start from nothing, or fix something that stalled.
Build a brand
A blank page to a shop taking orders in thirty days. For owners who want to own the business without hiring a team to create it.
We pick the category and the productWe prove the maths works before anything is boughtWe find the supplier, order samples, agree termsWe design the brand, the packaging and the picturesWe build the shop and set it up to convertWe launch the advertising and scale it
Take over the one you have
For a shop already trading that has flattened out or is quietly losing money. We rebuild the accounts from your source records rather than your dashboard.
Profit and loss rebuilt from the raw dataWhat each product really makes, after every costA full teardown of the advertisingSupplier and shipping costs checkedWritten findings, yours to keep either wayHand the running of it to us if you want to
Or skip the build and buy one that already makes money.
Online businesses are bought and sold like property. If you have the cash and would rather not wait for a new brand to find its feet, you can buy one that is already trading and already profitable. We find them, take the accounts apart properly, negotiate the price, and run it for you after it closes.

How buying one works
- Tell us the budget and the sort of thing you want. We work to your mandate, not to whatever we happen to be selling.
- We shortlist and approach the owners. Most good businesses never get publicly advertised.
- We rebuild the accounts from source. Bank statements, supplier invoices, ad platform data. Not the seller's spreadsheet.
- You get the findings, including the reasons not to buy. If the numbers do not hold, that is the first thing you read.
- We negotiate and support the deal to close. The price we advise is the price the rebuilt accounts support.
- We run it for you afterwards. Same terms as a brand we built.
The team you would otherwise have to hire.
A brand that stays profitable needs three people on it. One buying the advertising, one making pictures and video fast enough to feed it, and one holding suppliers, stock and returns. Putting them on your payroll looks like this.
Those are wages for three people. What you spend on advertising is separate, it stays your money, and we agree the number with you before anything runs.
The cost is fixed. What it earns is the part worth arguing about.
Published prices, held. All figures in US dollars.
Build
We build the brand, hand you the keys and the plan for running it, and step back. Sensible only if you already have people who can run it.
Product, brand, pictures, shop and launchOne build rather than five separate invoicesWritten procedures for whoever takes it on
Build and run
What most owners chooseThe same build, and then we stay. Advertising, pictures, suppliers, stock and reporting sit with us. You approve the decisions that matter and keep everything you own.
A senior operator on your brand daily, not an account managerAdvertising bought at cost, no markup and no commissionA full team for about a quarter of what employing one costsNothing is charged during the build. The monthly fee starts the day you go liveYou pay the $2,500 or the 20%, never both. The two are equal at $12,500 of monthly profitSix months to begin with, then thirty days notice whenever you want
Your money
Stock and advertising are yours to fund and depend on the category. Both are worked out and agreed before you commit to anything.
Ownership
The company, the shop, the brand, the pictures, the customer list and the stock are in your name from the first day.
If you want it back
It is your asset, so take it. Six months to begin with, then thirty days. Accounts, suppliers and procedures go with you.
Reporting
One set of numbers a month, in plain English, with the workings behind every line.
Checking over a shop you already own is $500. Advice by the hour is $125. Where that turns into written procedures for your team, those are scoped and priced separately. Buying a business is priced separately.
Thirty days to your first order.
Weeks 1 to 2
Prove it
Product, suppliers and the maths checked before anything is bought.
Weeks 3 to 4
Build it
Brand, shop and pictures made. First stock ordered.
Day 30
Open
Advertising on. First orders landing in a company with your name on it.
Month 2 onward
Run and grow
We run it. Adverts replaced as they tire, stock kept ahead of demand, profit held.
You choose how close you sit to it. Some owners take a weekly call and see every advert before it runs. Others take the numbers once a month and get on with their lives. Neither changes what we do.
Tell us what you want to own.
Half an hour, no slides. Bring an idea you have been thinking about, a shop you already have, or nothing at all. You will leave knowing what it takes to build, what it costs to run, and what has to be true for it to work.
If it is not a fit, you will hear that on the call rather than three weeks into a proposal.
